Qing BAI has been engaged in legal services since 2010 and has the qualification of practicing lawyer in China.

From 2005 to 2010, engaged in enterprise capital verification, audit, tax planning and other work in an accounting firm.Served as the perennial financial adviser to many large Chinese and foreign enterprises, and served as the financial audit for Nestle (Tianjin) Company, China Banknote Paper industry, etc.

Since 2010, I have been working as a lawyer in a law firm. My main business areas include capital market and securities, banking and finance, finance lease, insurance, investment and financing merger and acquisition, family wealth management and tax.Many large state-owned enterprises, central enterprises to provide investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, perennial legal counsel and other legal services.
