Aidong WU serves as lawyer of Beijing Zhilin Law Firm, who initiated career as lawyer in 1989. Prior to joining Zhilin in 2019, WU serves as lawyer in Beijing Deheng Law Offices.

WU specializes in international law, company law, civil and commercial law, copyright law and major litigation and arbitration of finance and financing, and is adept at company restructuring, merger, reorganization, listing, internal shareholding of employees, establishment of rules and regulations for enterprise management, etc. In recent years, WU has provided a series of special legal services for the design and issuance of trust plan products of Zhongrong International Trust Co.
